Vegetable Bake Casserole
Fast, Easy Family Meal
Recipe Serves: 8
Level of Complexity: Easy
Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb Ground Sausage
  • 1 small can Peas, Drained
  • 1 small can Carrots, Drained
  • 1 small can Green Beans, Drained
  • 1 small can Lima Beans, Drained
  • 1 can Red Kidney Beans, Rinsed & Drained
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 3 cans Tomato Soup

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F
  2. Brown the sausage in a frying pan, drain off grease, set aside.
  3. In a large bowl combine carrots, lima beans, green beans, peas, and kidney beans.
  4. Add 2 cans of tomato soup to the mixture, followed by the meat and an additional can of soup if needed.
  5. Salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 3 quart casserole dish.
  7. Bake at 375°F for at least an hour.
