Veal Marsala
Classic Italian Recipe That Melts In Your Mouth
Recipe Serves: 4
Level of Complexity: Moderate
Ingredients: 

  • 4 Veal Temderloins
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 can Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Marsala Wine
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Directions:
  1. Pound veal with a mallet until thin (approximately 1/2")
  2. Dip the veal in Salt, Pepper, and flour.
  3. Fry in extra virgin olive oil on medium heat.
  4. Reduce the heat to low, add the wine and broth.
  5. Cook slowly for 8-12 minutes, adding more wine if necessary.
  6. When the veal is almost finished cooking add the cheese to the top

Serve over rice or spaghetti
