Roast Pork
Pork So Tender You Can Cut It With A Fork
Recipe Serves: 6
Level of Complexity: Moderate
Ingredients: 

  • 1 tsp Thyme
  • 1/2 tsp Sage
  • 3 tbsp Peppercorns
  • 4 Bay Leaves
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3/4 cup Boiling Water
  • 2 cups Apple Juice
  • 2 cups Cold Water

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375*F.
  2. Brown in olive oil
  3. Place mean in a casserole dish and bake 375*F for 1 hour.
  4. Make sauce and pour over meat, bake at 400*F for another hour.


Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Sage
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Madeira Wine
