Your Family Will Love This Veal Dish
Recipe Serves: 4
Level of Complexity: Moderate
Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Veal
  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Egg, Beaten
  • 1 cup Water
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Directions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375*F.
  2. Mix water and egg together.
  3. Make 4 veal cutlets with the ground veal, approximately 3-4" in length.
  4. Dip the cutlets, one at a time, in the egg and water mixture.
  5. Drag each cutlet through bread crumbs. Salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Dip cutlets once more in the egg mixture, and once again through the bread crumbs.
  7. Pour your olive oil in a skillet, and over med-high heat brown the cutlets.
  8. Place the cutlets in a greased baking dish and place in the oven. Bake for 20 minutes, or until done.

Optional: to make Veal Parmesan add one layer of tomato sauce, and one layer of mozzarella cheese to the top of each cutlet before you bake them.
